Spandex Covering Machine

Our CEPL-SPis designed to comprise the following processing parameters:
- Single / Double covering;
- Core yarn in Spandex (Lycra) / Rubber;
- Cover yarn in Nylon, Polyester, Rayon, Cotton…;
- Take Up bobbin with Ø180 mm and length from 130-150-200 mm;
- Flanged bobbins with (standard) length 165mm and diameters from 68 up to 116mm;

Machines, in their various configurations, share the following characteristics, borrowed from our strong experience alongside our customers:
- hollow spindles type 6201;
- Spindles mounted on pivoting support for easier machine set up and maintenance, lower vibrations and better efficiency;
- Heavy duty rubber pressure rollers;
- Possibility to switch from single to double covering easily, on the same machine;
